Which Cruise Line and Ship is right for me…Part 3

Last week we talked about the ships in the Fantasy Class and as promised we will talk about the ships in the Triumph Class. Remember from our previous blog these ships are registered over 102,000 GRT.

There are only two ships in the Triumph Class but overĀ 450 balcony cabins have been added to the entire class as well as a new Grand Atrium that reaches 9 decks high, it also features a 3 story showroom, a sports and wine bar, one of my favorites Guy’s Burger Joint, the Seaside Theater where you sit out on the lido deck under the stars watching first run movies and snacking on some popcorn while taking in the sea breeze. (one of my favorite things to do). Carnival also added the new Twister Water Slide and new spaces for the kids.

The first ship in the Triumph class is the Sunrise formerly known as the TRIUMPH. The Triumph suffered a major fired and got a total overhaul. it was built in 1999 and went through two upgrades in 2016 & 2019. It carry’s a total of 2,754 guest and a crew of 1.108 and set sails to the Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada/New England and the Caribbean on 2-5, 6-9 and 10+ days sailing from Fort Lauderdale, New York and Norfolk, VA.

The second ship in the Triumph class is the RADIANCE fomerly known as the Victory, it was built in 2000 and got just a few upgrades in January of 2018, it to sails with 2,754 guest and a crew of 1,450. The Victory has another of my favorite spaces and that is the Serentiy adults only area. ItĀ  set sails to the Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada/New England, Caribbean, Europe and Transatlantic on 2-5, 6-9 and 10+ days sailing from Barcelona, Spain,New York and Norfolk, VA. and Port Canavarl (Orlando, FL)

Well in the words of one of my favorite cartoons LOONEY TUNES…..THAT’S ALL FOLKS. I hope you’ve enjoyed these post thus far. I have had a great time sharing with you Which Cruise Line and Ship is right for you.

Stay tuned for next weeks post when we break down the ships in the SPIRIT CLASS

Happy Sailing
